Fundraising

We Can Structure Your Fundraiser from 50-5000.

Here is an example of some of the guidelines we offer to run a smooth and simple fundraiser:

All guests are to be given $100.00 in Lucky Bucks at the designated bank when they arrive. If a guest chooses not to participate in gaming they can then turn in their $100.00 in Lucky Bucks for 1 raffle ticket to be used for the raffle.

Guests can “donate” $20.00 (example) for $500.00 in Lucky Bucks that will be traded for the same value of chips at any casino table. Suggested price is $20.00 for $500 in “Lucky Bucks” or $30.00 for $1,000 in “Lucky Bucks”. Drink tickets can also be purchased at the same designated bank if you choose to sell alcohol.

At the end of the gaming chips will be traded for raffle tickets, 1 ticket for every $500 in chips or any part of 500. For example, if the guest has $525 in chips they would be given 2 raffle tickets. Again, if the guest chooses not to gamble they can turn in their original $100 “Lucky Buck” for 1 raffle ticket. This way everyone has a chance to win a prize. The better they play the more chances they have for winning a raffle prize. Guests can trade chips for tickets any time at the bank if they wish to leave early. When the gaming is over guests will then trade in their chips for raffle tickets at the Craps tables and enter them at that time.

Suggestions

Each casino table can individually be sponsored to help cover the cost of the casino. The individual table prices are listed in the price sheet that follows. The bank as well as the bar can also be sponsored.

New Addition

We now offer the “Wheel of Fortune” that can be used in several different ways. It can be used as a game or a separate raffle entity. Coupons (provided) can be bought for $5.00 each and guests can spin to win prizes.
